DAY 1 – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2015

Join TRIPSETTER for a unique and entertaining 3-day fall getaway to see the top-rated performances at the Shaw Festival in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario.

Your first day begins with a taxi pickup at home and transfer to the motor coach meeting place. En route to Niagara-On-The-Lake, we will stop for a delicious lunch and wine-tasting (included) at Rockway Vineyards. You will then see the Shaw Festival’s top comedy “Engaged” – a comic look at love, marriage and money from one half of the team of Gilbert and Sullivan. We’re in Scotland as yet another train is “derailed” (by some locals) and the passengers have to stay the night. They include a wealthy bachelor who can’t see a pretty girl without proposing to her and within minutes he’s gotten engaged – twice! What’s worse is, he’s already engaged!

After the show, you will check in at your Niagara hotel for a two-night stay.


DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2015

Your second day begins with a scenic drive along the Niagara Parkway with stops at the Whirlpool Aero Car Lookout and at a Chocolate Factory for a tour and tasting.

In Niagara-On-The-Lake, you will have time to enjoy the quaint restaurants, cafes and shops before you see the Shaw Festival’s hit musical “Sweeny Todd”.

Two men arrive in London, one young and hopeful, the other dark and brooding. Anthony Hope and Sweeney Todd – a barber by trade – are about to become inextricably linked in a tale of love and revenge, with a beautiful girl who sings through her barred window and a beggar woman with a mysterious secret – one of Stephen Sondheim’s most celebrated musicals.

After the show, you will enjoy a Q & A with the performers.


DAY 3 – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015

Day three begins with free-time to see Niagara Falls at its edge and to enjoy a leisurely walk by the Falls! After a delicious lunch (optional) by the Falls, you will see the Shaw Festival’s newly commissioned musical “Alice In Wonderland.”

Delight in the stunning visuals and theatrical magic as we meet the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, the Mock Turtle and the Queen of Hearts and watch Alice try to make sense of this world of grown-up nonsense. A magical, musical experience for all ages!

According to the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, no price increases once final payment is made. Yet, if the total price of the travel services is increased and the cumulative increase, except any increase resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and services tax, is more than 7 per cent, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.

MEAL OPTION:
Two breakfasts and one lunch are included in the price. Other meals will be included in the optional “Meal Package”. Otherwise, participants are free to purchase food and meals at local restaurants, cafes and hotels at their own expense.

DEPARTURE & HOME PICK-UP / RETURN:
TRIPSETTER has included the price for home pick-up /return for passengers who live in the GTA (Postal Code begins with ‘M’). For those who live in Markham add $30; Aurora add $35 and please call for other areas. Pick-up times will be confirmed 7 days prior to departure (between 8:00 am – 9:00 am approx.). Drop-off on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016 will be at approximately 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Home Pick-up & Return Transportation will in most cases be shared. Driver’s tip is not included and is at your own discretion.

SEATING:
Seating on coach is assigned and based on receiving date of completed Sign-Up Form with payment.

INSURANCE:
Insurance is not included in the quoted price of this trip. We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance for Ontario residents holding OHIP insurance. Prior to purchasing insurance, please request from from TRIPSETTER INC. a copy of the Certificate of Insurance listing the Schedule of Benefits and Terms & Conditions and review it. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
Within 7 days of booking it is necessary to provide one cheque to cover your deposit of $100 + insurance cost, and a second cheque to cover the balance (dated Aug. 2, 2016). Both cheques are required with your completed “Sign-up Form” to confirm your registration. The “Balance Cheque” will be held by TRIPSETTER INC. and not deposited until Aug. 2, 2016. Confirm with your group leader with cheques made to TRIPSETTER INC.

REFUND & CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Cancellation made on or prior to August 2, 2016, is fully refundable minus $50 administration fee. Cancellations made on and after August 3, 2016 are non-refundable.

BAGGAGE:
Each passenger is allowed one (1) piece. Baggage porter at the hotel is not included. Assistance available.

HIGHWAY COACH:
You will travel on a deluxe highway coach with washroom, video, radio and pa system. Smoking and alcohol consumption on the coach is strictly prohibited. Size of coach is subject to change to meet the number in group.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibility of TRIPSETTER INC. acts solely as organizer of this tour outlined on this flyer and is responsible for making all reservations and charting the routes as outlined, but it is expressly understood and agreed between the tour organizer and the passengers that TRIPSETTER INC. or its agents shall not be held responsible for: a) non-performance on the part of any hotel or other accommodation for any act or omission that cannot be directly attributed to the neglect of the tour organizer; b) any delays, missed connections, loss, damage or injury to persons or property or for mechanical defects or failure, however caused for any substitution of hotels or carrier equipment beyond the control of the tour operator, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby: c) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental however caused, except where caused directly by the tour operator; d) any additional costs incurred or any ancillary loss sustained as a result of cancellations or delays of tour caused by inclement weather conditions, acts of God, or any other event, which result in one or more persons being unable to continue or complete the tour through no direct fault of the tour organizer.
